Standard

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, rush service fees, and any applicable restocking fees.
This guarantee only extends to the original purchaser on the billing record and credits will be provided to the original form of payment. Any products not returned will be deducted from the credited amount.
This guarantee does NOT include shipping, handling, and rush service fees. It does not extend to opened software, additional parts/peripherals, special order merchandise, or any custom-made products.

2 Year Labor, 2 Year Parts
The 2 year labor warranty protects the system against defects in materials or workmanship, and 2 year parts includes replacement of parts due to manufacturer's defect or damage during transit from the original date of invoice. During this period, we will replace or repair any defective parts without charge to you. Water Damage is not Covered. Monitors and peripherals are not covered in this warranty.
